Austin is a Spartanburg County native through and through. He grew up here, built his life here, and has a genuine appreciation for the people, places, and traditions that define the Upstate. Before stepping into commercial real estate, Austin spent 13 years working in industrial maintenance and repair. That career taught him how to diagnose problems quickly, think on his feet, and deliver practical solutions under pressure.

Away from work, Austin is a husband of 10 years and the proud father of two boys. Family is central to how he operates—both at home and in how he approaches his work with clients. He’s also an avid outdoorsman with a particular love for time at the coast. He has previously served as a committee member of the South Carolina Waterfowl Association’s Spartanburg Chapter, a role that reflects his commitment to the state he calls home.
