Austin Shadburn is a Spartanburg County native with deep roots in the community and a strong appreciation for the people, places, and traditions that make the Upstate special. With 13 years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair, Austin brings a practical, hands-on background, a strong work ethic, and a problem-solving mindset to everything he does.

Married for 10 years and the proud father of two boys, Austin values family and enjoys spending quality time with them whenever possible. He is an avid outdoorsman who especially enjoys time at the coast and has previously served as a committee member of the South Carolina Waterfowl Association’s Spartanburg Chapter.

Austin is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and takes pride in seeing his community continue to grow and thrive. His local knowledge, approachable personality, and commitment to service make him a trusted resource for those he has the opportunity to work with.
