The property is located on Moore Duncan Highway (Highway 290). The transaction totaled $1,218,000.00 and the Sellers were Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc. Sterling CPI joins Kobelco and Toray in the developments of their new facilities in the Tyger River Industrial Park.
