Spencer/Hines Properties, Inc. is excited to announce Dale Seay as a new addition to our real estate team. Dale joined Spencer/Hines Properties on June 1, 2013 bringing with him over 30 years of sales experience. Prior to joining Spencer/Hines Dale spent 26 years in the wholesale lumber business and is the owner of Seay Trading, LLC.  His first week was celebrated with a property listing at 965 E. Main St., Duncan SC, a possible conversion to office space with great visibility on Main St. and close to Interstate 85.

            Dale was born and reared in Duncan, SC which adds to his knowledge of the surrounding area. Dale and his wife Lynne have been married for 30 years and have one daughter Carmen Milner, and three grandchildren. They have been members of Wellford Baptist Church for 16 years.
