            Owners Ben Hines and Lynn Spencer have teamed up with a third partner for Greenville, Bobby Hines. Bobby will serve as Broker in Charge and Zach Hines has already joined as Spencer/Hines Properties Greenville Division’s first agent. Both Bobby and Zach were eager to begin, so they already started the new office on June 1^st instead of the projected July 1^st date.

            The new Greenville office is conveniently located across from the BI-LO center at 500 E. North St. Suite D in Greenville, SC. They have already acquired a number of new listings and are ready to help you in the search for your new property.
