As 2012 came to an end three days before the New Year began, agent Guy Harris was able to not only close one more deal, but was able to close four transactions all on the same day. Land tracts have been the more difficult type of real estate to move since the economic down trend that began back in 2008. Agents in all types of real estate had to buckle down and work longer days just to stay a float. Those
that survive the economy will continue to rise back to the top in sales and leasing which will in turn help in increasing the economy by producing jobs, money flow and, boosting businesses.
