We are pleased to announce that Phil Phillips has joined the Spencer Hines Spartanburg team as the Banking and Marketing Advisor.

Phil comes to Spencer Hines Properties after spending 44 years in the Financial Services field in the Upstate. He is motivated and focused on clients’ needs and will concentrate on commercial sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Phil joins a group of successful professsional in two Upstate offices as Spencer/Hines celebrates its 30 year anniversary during 2016.

His education speaks for itself; Appalachian State University, BS in Business/Economics, University of Delaware, Stonier graduate School of Banking.

He has many affiliations in the Upstate such as:
