Carole Foster joins Spencer Hines with 16 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. She is an assistant to Neal Boyett in the Property Management Division of Spencer Hines Properties.

Her duties for Property Management include overseeing lease accounts and keeping files up-to-date. Carole has worked in Residential Property Management for several years and attended Wyatt Real Estate School and Spartanburg Community College.

Carole enjoys football, music, the beach and being a mother to her 2 children, Breanna and Benson.
