CoStar Group, Inc. of Washington D.C. is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2015 CoStar Power Brokers Awards. On March 3, 2016 they recognized these professionals who perform at the highest levels in commercial real estate brokerage.

CoStar awards a select number of brokerage firms and individual brokers that closed the highest overall transaction volumes in commercial property sales and leases in each market in a given year.

Among the winners are the firms and representatives from real estate powerhouses, in more than 90 national markets.

Spencer/Hines Properties is pleased to announce that they have been named in the category of Company Power Brokers as one of the top 10 Leasing Firms as well as one of the top 10 Sales Firms in the Upstate of South Carolina, for the 10th year in a row.

We are also pleased to announce that Benjamin R. Hines has been named in the category for Top Office Leasing Broker. Craig Jacobs, as well as Dale Seay was named in the category for Top Retail Leasing Brokers. Craig Jacobs was also named in the category for Top Sales Broker.
