On Wednesday October 1, 2014 Spencer/Hines Properties Broker in Charge, Lynn Spencer, was proud to announce Agent David Strickland as Agent of the Month for September.

David joined Spencer/Hines in October 2005 as a Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Agent. He is a licensed Real Estate professional in South Carolina with an extensive background in Industrial Sales and Marketing. David serves on several different boards and committees in the Upstate of SC including: Upstate Family Resource Center as Chairman, Family Development Committee as Chairman, Building Code of Appeals and Adjustments, and he is serving as the current President of Spartanburg County Real Estate Exchange.

September Tip – Consider a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange
