Andy Hayes and Ben Hines recently completed negotiations for a Build-To-Suit transaction on property located at Highway 290 and Howell Road in Duncan, South Carolina for a Bojangles location.

Chix N’ BIx, LLC, which currently has 6 Bojangles franchise locations, finalized the lease valued at $2,600,000. The anticipated opening date is summer ’16. In addition, these Franchises also own 8 Fuddruckers locations in SC, NC and Tennessee.

Hayes and Hines have both been named Costar Brokers as one of the Top 10 Commercial Real Estate Agents in the upstate.
