Background & Experience
Glenn has been a commercial broker since 2006 after 22 years of sales experience in computer systems and industrial machinery. Prior to working as a broker, Glenn served as Chairman of Louis P. Batson Inc. and President of Louis P. Batson Company, a family owned business. However his sales career began with IBM and the formal sales training he received from “Big Blue” has continued to serve him well.
Glenn has enjoyed tremendous success in commercial real estate since 2007, responsible for over 35 million dollars in transaction volume. He focuses mainly on the sale and leasing of industrial and office property, as well as all types of commercial and recreational land. Glenn’s Greenville roots have given him great knowledge and insight into past, present, and future use of commercial property in the Upstate.
Glenn and his wife Susan are very active at First Presbyterian Church in Greenville , and are blessed with four children. He has served on numerous advisory boards in Greenville, the Rotary Club, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
