anywhere: for lease and for sale properties, fully-leased properties, historical
data, key tenants, building photos, maps, floor plans and more. We reach more
prospects and generates more leads with the internet marketing service that makes
it easy for professionals to view our listings for free on high traffic websites
and major search engines like Google.
Spencer/Hines has contracted with Courthouse Retrieval System, Inc. LoopNet and
works with CoStar to provide internet access to accurate and up-to-date county
property records covering recent sales, trust information, subdivision profiles
geo coding, census tracts, tax maps, mortgage information, demographics and labeling
capabilities.
This service allows the commercial real estate agents with Spencer/Hines Properties
to remain on the cutting edge providing up-to-date information to serve their
clients.
SPENCER/HINES PROPERTIES AGENT OF THE YEAR
In 2002 Spencer/Hines awarded its first "Agent Of The Year" award. The criteria
is based on professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and over-all representation
