There are many things that go into being a successful commercial real estate broker. A broker\u2019s success might depend on his or her company, or the market they serve. However, one of the biggest factors is the intangible, the personality of the agent. <\/span><\/p>\n

A GREAT<\/u><\/b> commercial real estate broker:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Is not afraid of the unknown. Puts personal fears aside and strives to succeed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Is like a Boy or Girl Scout, ready for problems with solutions in mind. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Has the ability to handle stress well, both internally and with the client.<\/span><\/li>\n
