We are pleased to announce that Jason P. Klue has joined the Spencer Hines Greenville team. He specializes in commercial sales, leasing, investment properties and development.

Jason comes to us with a vast history in real estate. Before entering into commercial brokerage, Jason was a real estate investor and owner of a real estate investment company. During this time, he had consulted, advised and executed numerous transactions. Prior to this, Jason worked with The Furman Company Development LLC, where he spent much of his time on award winning projects that included collaboration 3 at ICAR (Clemson University-International Center for Automotive Research) and The South Financial Group Corporate Campus. Jason is married to his wife Natalie and they have three children.
