Ben Hines, President of Spencer Hines Properties, Inc. has announced the addition of  three new commercial real estate agents to the Spencer Hines Greenville, LLC office.

Evan Hines is a native of Greenville and a graduate of Clemson University with a BS is Marketing and a minor in Management. She joins her father, Bobby Hines and brother, Zach Hines in the Greenville office as both Office Manager and licensed commercial real estate agent.

Hayes Faulkenberry, born and raised in Rock Hill, SC is a 2008 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Business Management.  Upon graduation he worked in his family packaging business.  Two years ago he moved to Greenville to start a logistics company, which he runs along with his new venture in the real estate world.

Taylor Fisher joins the firm following employment as a Site Development Coordinator for Subway Development Corp. of SC.  Prior to his time at Subway he was a Green Beret in the Special Forces of the Unites States Army and was deployed to Afghanistan as a member of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Spencer Hines Properties Greenville, LLC opened its doors in June of 2013 with Bobby and Zach Hines and has grown to 6 licensed agents today.

Spencer/Hines Properties, Inc. in Spartanburg will celebrate its 30^th anniversary in 2016.  Ben Hines and Lynn Spencer joined forces in 1986. They currently have 12 licensed agents with an office staff of 4.
