Owners Ben Hines and Lynn Spencer have teamed up with a third partner for Greenville, Bobby Hines. Bobby will serve as Broker in Charge and Zach Hines has already joined as Spencer/Hines Properties Greenville Division’s first agent. Both Bobby and Zach were eager to begin, so they already started the new office on June 1st instead of the projected July 1st date.
The new Greenville office is conveniently located across from the BI-LO center at 500 E. North St. Suite D in Greenville, SC. They have already acquired a number of new listings and are ready to help you in the search for your new property.
